(thanhnien.vn) - This morning, November 11, 2008, in Da Nang, a ceremony to announce the decision and award the Certificate of Higher Education Quality Accreditation to Dong A University was held by the Center for Education Quality Accreditation - Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges.

Confirm the quality of training
Once again, the Certificate of Higher Education Quality Accreditation is the way to confirm the quality of education and training of Dong A University. With 51/61 criteria, accounting for 83.61% of the criteria, Dong A University has gained its position in the decision awarded by the Center for Education Quality Accreditation - Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges.

The Accreditation results according to the new set of Ministry of Education and Training have identified the strength-of-difference of Dong A University such as practical training programs, practice sessions both in university and at enterprises (3 semesters); Student exchange programs with KoreaTech University (Korea), Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University (Thailand), Tokyo University of Welfare (Japan), etc. to increase the active-learning and integration for students. In particular, international cooperation activities aim to establish and expand job opportunities for students to markets outside Vietnam, namely Japan, Germany and ASEAN countries.

This affirmed the university's brand. The university also has many internationally published scientific works. With a university relatively young, its contribution in the past 5 years from 2012-2017 is very remarkable and worthy of the certificate of educational quality accreditation approved by the Ministry of Education and Training".

Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao also said that in 2018, the university prepares for the second 5-year period to achieve more comprehensive results. The university focuses on deepening the training program according to the business standard of output; enhancing foreign language skills for students right from the first year. Especially, the international cooperation activities are to establish and expand job market for students outside Vietnam, namely Japan, Germany and ASEAN countries. Up to now, there have been many classes of students coming to Singapore and Japan to work at the stage of preparing for the official work under the engineer program.
Since 2015, Dong A university has connected with many partners in Japan, Germany and Singapore. These partners are mostly transnational corporations, which have recruited more than 3000 students from Dong A University annually. They are 7-Eleven, Zensho, Route-Inn, LEOC, Japan Material Engineering Services, Japan Building Maintenance Association (JBMA), Asean Car Business Career-Japan; major nursing schools such as Kouseikai, Nanakamado, Aoyama, Kibi International University, JBMA Building Maintenance Association; Empire Inc Holdings of Singapore; Leonardis Group, WBS AG, and Azurit of Germany.
