Training on cultural communication leadership skills in heritage conservation and tourism development

On April 26, 2018, an international training workshop was held at the Edison Hall - on "cultural communication leadership skills in heritage conservation and tourism development".

The training took place successfully under the leadership of Prof. Le Huu Lock - Director of Asian graduate school, Charles de Gaulle University from Lille (France) and members of Dong A University. The training aimed at fostering knowledge and practicing cultural communication leadership skills; raising awareness about heritage conservation along with tourism development; Applying media leadership methods to build skills and artistic leadership of cultural communication in space, time management and body language development in communication.

The training was a tough competition between 5 teams from the Faculty of Management and Faculty of Tourism. The outstanding students from 2 faculties have brought a lively and thrilling atmosphere to the last minute when expressing talents in each qualifying round.

With the elaborate investment, professional knowledge, the creativity of the students has brought all this surprise to the jury board as well as all the attendees at the hall.

The five teams this time brought to the hall the topics related to tourism such as: Team Production with Duc An Ancient House, Team Thanh Xuan with Street Food (in Da Nang - Hoi An), Sunshine Team with Da Nang - Quang Tri, heritage road, 3T team with Tam Thai Pagoda (Ngu Hanh Son - Da Nang), Cha Va with fragile Life (Son Tra Peninsula - Da Nang)

With diverse topics, under the recognition of students, each communication work has their own special points to attract the audience.

With professional knowledge, creativity and confidence, students from Team 3T  - Faculty of Business Administration has won 3 consecutive rounds and won the first prize convincingly. The second prize belongs to Team Cha Va, and Team Thanh Xuan won 3rd prize.

The training was short but the students have experienced a professional and interesting meeting. In addition to improving professional knowledge, the training session is also an opportunity to challenge themselves as well as know how to analyze flexible situations, know to work in a team, to share and listen.
